What is it about my fart?

Ok I'm Brenda and I'm wondering why do I fart so loud and why do they stink so badly? I run 5 miles a day, I'm 5 foot 6 and 115 and in great shape and i eat extremely healthy. Whenever I fart they are always extremely loud and stink real bad. Whats up with my farts yahoo community?
