GH: What did you think of Brenda's advice to Kristina?

Brenda is not used to being a parent/stepparent and K is very volatile so I think Brenda was trying to be gentle and easy going. She was trying to be K's friend and trying to guide her into making the right decisions. It's obvious that a strict firm position like Sonny's is only pushing K closer to Ethan and Brenda probably knows that, so she's coming at it from a different angle. She sees a little of herself at that age in K and I think that based on her limited experience that she's doing the best she can. Alexis really needs to step in. Where is she????
