Is my homeroom teacher creepy?

Well, my teacher is kinda... weird. One day, I walked into class and he ran his hand down my shoulder. It felt pretty weird, and while he was doing it he smiled at me with this creepy stalker face saying "don't forget to turn on the t.v..." It felt really really weird and In these magazines he lets us read their are Viagra ads. Ew! So creepy or no?
