GH what happened to Luchian, the 1 that was Brenda's son last week?

Where did he go if he's not really Brenda's son? I know the grandmother kidnapped him & has the real one. What is her real son's name? Do you think Brenda will look for him too? I hope the show what happens to him, if only for a brief second so we know.
